In a densely populated and developing country like Bangladesh, collaborative efforts are necessary alongside Governmental interventions to address crucial issues such as resettlement and unemployment. Recognizing the importance of this necessity, I (Mr. Sakander Ali) embarked on the journey of establishing this construction company named Akash Enterprise in 1998. Our goal is to contribute to national development by constructing modern residential and commercial complexes across the country, benefiting a vast number of ordinary citizens. Simultaneously, through the creation of double employment opportunities, we aim to alleviate unemployment in the country.

Akash Enterprise has been advancing rapidly in the construction industry, maintaining an impeccable reputation. We take pride in our portfolio, which includes around 100 projects in residential areas like Banani, Baridhara, Mirpur, and Mohakhali, as well as commercial complexes in Gulshan, Banani,Baridhara, and Bashundhara. Additionally, we currently have 22 ongoing projects and 8 upcoming projects in densely populated areas of Dhaka such asECB Chattor, Matikata, Uttara,Khilkhet, Ashkona, Dakshinkhan, and Uttarkhan. We prioritize maintaining relationships with local landowners and clients, ensuring mutual trust and delivering cost-effective housing solutions.
Our vision revolves around providing the highest quality construction materials, upholding steadfast commitments, ensuring profitable partnerships, and providing exemplary service to our esteemed customers.

I firmly believe that Akash Enterprise is a reliable entity for excellence and advanced construction work. To create more attention in this work I renamed the company as Akash& Al-Amin Builders Limited. Through collaborative efforts and the expertise of skilled engineers and workers, we pledge to tackle existing challenges and work towards building a sustainable modern Bangladesh.
